Our two-wheeler technician training program at JustAuto Solutions are designed to train students with necessary skills to excel as professional motorcycle and scooter technicians. The program covers all aspects of two-wheeler mechanics, from basic maintenance to advanced diagnostics and repairs.

- Functioning of shock absorbers front and back
- Steering (Handle) Open and fitting
- Chain sprocket kit-working details, cleaning aspects, overhauling of drum brakes
- Carburettors - Types and adjustments, dismantling and refitting
- DISC braking system – Types, description, removing and refitting of brake liners, adjustment of clutch, brake, etc.
- Timing chain
- Clutch – Types, details of usage, removing and refitting, care to be taken while dismantling & assembling
- Sizer gear and balancer gear timing, details of usage, removing and refitting, care to be taken while dismantling & assembling
- Half engine opening and fitting
- Dismantling and reassembling of the engine – Four-stroke engine
- Gears – Principles and functioning of gears, dismantling of gearbox & reassembling
- Battery checking, recharging methods of batteries and lighting system check
- AC and DC ignition system, generating system – Various types and timing, checking of ignition and generating system
- BS6 all bike sensor testing by Multimeter
- Introduction to diagnostic tools on workshop Splendor engine
- Electrical system in EV two-wheeler, checking health of the battery and charger
- Dismantling and reassembling of engine – Four Stroke Bullet
- Opening and fitting of whole bike
