The Company shall display price of non-exhaustive services/ products / catalogue to the Buyer/s on its website and Mobile App. The Company reserves the right to revise all prices (increase/ decrease). In case of any such decreases due to market compulsions, Govt. levies changes etc. no credit note shall be issued. Prices ruling at the time of supply/service will only be considered. Material Codes are also subject to change without prior notice due to various inputs and system related compulsions. Maximum Retail Prices are inclusive of all taxes and incorporates GST Rules.

Warranty for all products is as per warranted by respective manufacturer.

No sales return will be accepted by the Company unless it is authorized in writing by JASPL through its Authorized Person. All orders will be signed by the Buyer/s before sending to Head Office for dispatch to avoid any such happenings. All sales returns will be automatically deducted from sales for computation of TOD and other schemes, if any.

All the Warranted/Sales Return consignments have to be sent with E-Way Bill, wherever applicable under the new GST Rules and the E-Way Bill has to be generated by the Buyer/s. In case the consignment gets confiscated by Tax Authorities or lost in transit for absence of E-Way Bill, Company will not be held responsible and no credit note will be issued. No cash payment is to be made to any employee of the Company and if done so, the Company is not liable for the same.

All warranty materials/Sales Return accepted are to be settled by credit notes within 45 days of receipt of materials after due checking. All credit notes will be issued as per prevailing tax laws. Any Credit Note can be adjusted only after the bills prior to the date of Credit Notes are paid. Buyer/s is not authorized to deduct any amount without official Credit Note.

The material will be delivered through authorized transporters of the Company on “Freight Paid” basis till Destination. The Buyer/s shall check -

• The weight of the consignment as per way-bill weight
• Condition of cases (if any damage etc.)
• The labels affixed on the cases mentioning Customers’ names etc.
• If sealed with proper BOPP tape.

In case of any damage/ shortage or suspect of pilferage the Buyer/s must insist on “Open Delivery” from the Transporter. If any shortage or damage is found, the Buyer/s and concerned Area Officer has to send the Discrepancy Report to Head Office duly filled along with transporter’s shortage/ damage certificate. In case the transporter fails or refuses to issue such certificates the Buyer/s will arrange the following:

• Mention the shortage quantity on the transporter’s acknowledgement copy and take a photocopy of the same.
• Write a letter to the transporter’s delivery branch, get it acknowledged and take photocopy of the same & email to transporter with a Cc. to Head Office
• Fill up the discrepancy report with details and send it along with the above photocopies to Head Office.

The amount towards shortage/ damage will be settled through credit notes within 45 days of receipt of completed forms and valid documents as mentioned above and found OK. No claims can be entertained if the above documents are not provided within 15 days of date of receipt of the consignment by the Buyer/s or within 30 days from the date of Invoice if the entire consignment is not delivered to the Buyer/s.

All products supplied by Justautoindia.com are "as it is" as per Seller's/ manufacturer's specifications, terms and conditions. Justauto accepts payments from international cards but delivery can be done on territory of India only. Orders with delivery address outside of India will be cancelled and refunded withholding 5% of received amount.
Platform is not responsible for wrong identification made by Buyer and is not liable to take product sold back. You are welcome to send feedback about any mistakes found: missing configuration of cars, compatibility of spare parts or wrong description etc.

Applicable products and services may be returnable within the applicable return window of 1 calender day if you have received them in a condition that is either physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective and or different from their description on the product detail page of our platform(s). However, you are encouraged to ensure that you have checked for compatibility and applicability of our products and or services before such purchase. The Company shall not be obligated to perform under this Policy in case of non-compatibility, non-applicability and misjudgment of products and or services purchased from our platform(s).
Returns shall be subject to the following terms & conditions.
That the request for return is raised within the return window.
That the product(s) are returned in its original condition along with its original packaging box with MRP tag sticker label intact and not tampered with, user manual, warranty card and all accessories therein and with no signs of use, damage, scratches, grease or dents.
That the product(s) are not different from what was shipped to you.
The damage return request must be raised within 1 calendar day from the date of delivery, along with the images of the part which clearly shows the damage, its original packaging and the outer shipping box from different angles and clearly showing the shipping label.
Product(s) marked as non-returnable or on the platform(s) product detail page including but not limited to electronic and complicated electric parts (harnesses, instrument panels, parts with circuit boards, etc.) cannot be returned; If a request by you is placed and we do not have the same product in stock, a refund would be automatically issued to you; Customer shall check the consignment for any physical damage and, if any found, mention this on the POD (Proof of Delivery) documents of the logistics carrier. We recommend taking photos of packages received and shooting an unpacking video of the product. In case of any problem with the product share it with us using the support form. In case of a return, do make a video while repacking the part. While returning the package, the customer should make sure that the products are repacked properly to ensure it doesn’t get damaged in transit. In case of damage during reverse transit, Justauto shall not be liable for any refunds returns whatsoever.
If you are self-shipping an item that costs more than ₹500, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or/and purchasing shipping insurance; In this case, we shall not be held responsible if we do not receive the package from you. Shipping and payment gateway charges commission are not subject to refund. The cost of return shipping may be deducted from the amount refundable to you; If your return claim is rejected, we will send back the product(s), on the customers’ request or scrap it after 30 days of keeping it in stock. The customer will be responsible for paying all related shipping costs.
Once we are notified about your return, our quality check team shall inspect the product and approve or reject the refund. The refund shall only be issued to the original source payment method within 5 to 7 working days of receiving the products at our facility. Refunds cannot be processed to any third-party accounts or in cash or kind, under any circumstances. It usually takes up to 5 to 7 working days for the refund amount to reflect in your source account. If you do not receive the refund within this timeframe, please contact your bank.
In case the company will not be able to arrange the pickup of the returned items, the company can ask you to self-ship the return products from the registered post or courier. The incurred shipping charges shall be refunded subject to the availability of a registered courier receipt. Users’ may cancel an order before the order has been shipped by the company, the company may accept the cancellation and refund the amount to the user(s). However, the company may not be able to cancel orders that are already shipped and or in transit.
